Forget overpriced LA!

We love LA - but the prices for apartment building investments are crazy.  Have you considered other areas with better returns and very similar economic strengths? In Orange County for example, you can find very solid 5+ unit buildings in the $200+ per foot range (or less occasionally). Beach front locations are also possible at much more reasonable prices.
